Position musicians
About Music duo The_AND consists of Antoine Kroes and Dave van Dries, a producer duo that has been working under the name The_AND since 2022. They have a rich musical past. In addition to a national and international 'live' reputation, we have collaborated with, among others; Wende Snijders (NL), Keith Caputo (USA), Nits (NL), Game designer Justin Sander from Kantana Zero (USA) and K-pop DJ Kirara (Korea). In 1986 Kroes won the Grand Prix of the Netherlands and won second prize during the Global Battle of the Bands in 2004. Previous work by Kroes appeared on the EMI and Sony Music labels. In 2022, The_AND signed with the Amsterdam Wic-Recordings label.

About Hedi Legerstee has been working in theater and dance since 2013 and was also production manager and/or tour manager at Dansateliers, Dansmakers Amsterdam, Jeugdtheater Hofplein, Maas theater and dance and WArd/waRD | Ann Van den Broek. From 2014 onwards she started delving into the business side of production. Hedi was co-founder of the Hit Me Productions Foundation (HMP), with which she regularly acted as a producer, such as the performances Kate Bush by Ming's Pretty Heroes by the Rotterdam band led by Ai Ming Oei and ChopChopBangBang by Theater Collective DeMeiden. Hedi is currently the business manager of three dance companies - Cecilia Moisio Company and Teddy Shouldn't Smoke and IID company. She also sells the work of IID company. In her spare time, Hedi develops social events with and for residents from her own Middelland district in Rotterdam from her position on the board of residents' initiative Het BuurtAtelier and she is a board member of Evites Ballet and Dance School.
Position lightdesigner / tech
About Martijn Smolders is a jack of all trades and has put his craft on different types of stages from the national ballet opera and ITA to the latest Jesus Christ superstar with Jeangu. Martijn never limits himself in his work. In addition to being a freelancer, he is also the permanent head lighting designer/technician at the Amsterdam School of the Arts, where he thinks along with all productions and creates. This is where Martijn and Remy met each other, at Remy's piece: Beyond the fences. A great collaboration immediately arose in which Remy felt that Martijn complemented him and made his vision come to life
Position Costume design
About Bregje van Balen has been a prominent dancer at the Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT) I and II for 18 years. Always interested in costume design, in 1995 she created her first costumes for the annual NDT workshop and for small dance projects. After retiring as a dancer, she trained as a designer at the Baruch Fashion Academy. She has designed costumes for various companies, including Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT) I and II, The Royal Ballet London, Norwegian National Ballet, Gothenburg Ballet, Malmö Stadsteater, Hamburg Ballet, Introdans, Royal Swedish Ballet, Royal Danish Ballet, Icelandic Dance Theater, Puschkin Theater Moscow, Bolshoi Ballet, Staatstheater Mainz, Gärtnerplatztheater, Aalto Theater, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal and Stuttgarter Ballet. She has collaborated with choreographers such as Johan Inger, Jorma Elo, Medhi Walerski, Gustavo Ramírez Sansano, Lukas Timulak, Bryan Arias, Ina Christel Johannessen, Jo Strømgren, Alexander Ekman, Patrick Delcroix and Cathy Marston. Her costumes can be seen in Theater Basel.
